PHAC has an exterminator that comes to the building every Wednesday and the first Saturday of the month. Shareholders and renters can email Yvonne, Jiselle, and/or Akam to let them know which day works best for them.

Enhanced Energy Affordability Program
You may be eligible for a monthly bill discount through the new Enhanced Energy Affordability Program (EEAP) if your household income is below the area median for New York City and Westchester.
Once approved, you’ll be enrolled for up to 18 months. EEAP offers monthly discounts ranging from $1 to $135.24. Discounts vary based on your income, household size, and whether you use electricity or gas for heating.
To qualify, you must:
•Be a residential customer with an active electric and/or gas Con Edison account.
•Earn below the area median income (find household income thresholds in the chart).
•Not be eligible for or enrolled in the original Energy Affordability Program, available to customers who receive certain government benefits.
